We got to the hotel and they notified us it was closed.....they transferred us to another hotel. Would have been nice to have been notified earlier.

The front desk clerk in the evenings was super nice, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size for New York hotels. There was a refrigerator in the room, and a nice big TV. The location was good - close to downtown Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, good restaurants.

Staff was great, as was the location. Parking was good because it was a lot and you could come and go. Saved on Uber which is crazy expensive in NYC. Bed was comfortable
